STRATEGY

An ESG / sustainability strategy that both engages people and can be implemented in real life is based on a solid understanding of an organisation; its impacts, business model and markets; and what drives the company’s desire to be more sustainable.

We support organisations to develop their overall sustainability approach and strategy for the first time or when they are looking for a step change and update to an existing strategy.

We founded Threefold to create the consultancy we would have wanted to partner with as in-house Heads of Sustainability. We offer flexible support to busy sustainability leaders and their teams, acting as trusted advisors and sounding boards at challenging and critical moments; helping to build leadership buy-in; providing insights and advice relating to new regulatory requirements or issues; and importantly working to turn strategy and policy into practical action.

HUMAN
RIGHTS

We have specific expertise in business and human rights, including digital rights, child rights and labour rights in the supply chain. We conduct human rights impact assessments, due diligence and gap analyses; design due diligence and risk management processes; provide training at all levels; and support with stakeholder and issues management. These services can help companies to prepare for and respond to regulations including the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and modern slavery legislation across the globe.

Threefold is also an accredited assessor for the Global Network Initiative.
